Terms of Use

By using Vyu you agree to these terms. Vyu is published by Jesus Angulo (ABN 78230763953), Australia. These terms work together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's EULA). If they conflict, Apple's EULA prevails for the points it covers.
The app
Vyu is a personal expense-tracking tool. The free plan covers the basics, with limits on some features. Vyu Pro removes those limits and adds extra features, as described in the app when you subscribe.
Subscriptions and free trial
Vyu Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, billed to your Apple Account. The price, length and any free trial are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you don't cancel before a free trial ends, you'll be charged for the first period. You can manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your data
The expenses, budgets and receipts you enter are yours. Vyu stores them on your iPhone and doesn't claim ownership of them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Accuracy and not financial advice
Vyu helps you record and categorise spending, including automatic suggestions from Apple Pay logging, receipts by email, text recognition, voice, and currency conversion. These tools make a best effort and can be wrong. Check amounts, categories and exchange rates before relying on them for budgeting, tax or any other purpose. Vyu does not provide financial, tax or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vyu to store or process data you have no right to use, and don't copy, reverse-engineer, resell or abuse the app or its plan limits.
Backups
Your data is stored on your device. Make regular backups of your iPhone and use Vyu's export tools. We can't recover data that is lost from your device.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms over time. If a change is material we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Vyu after a change means you accept it.
Liability
Vyu is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.

Al usar Vyu aceptas estos términos. Vyu es publicada por Jesus Angulo (ABN 78230763953), Australia. Estos términos funcionan junto con el Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final estándar de Apple (EULA de Apple). Si hay conflicto, prevalece el EULA de Apple en los puntos que cubre.
La app
Vyu es una herramienta personal de control de gastos. El plan gratis cubre lo básico, con límites en algunas funciones. Vyu Pro quita esos límites y agrega funciones extra, como se describe en la app al suscribirte.
Suscripciones y prueba gratis
Vyu Pro es una suscripción de renovación automática, mensual o anual, cobrada a tu cuenta de Apple. El precio, la duración y cualquier prueba gratis se muestran en la app antes de suscribirte. El pago se cobra al confirmar la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo actual. Si no cancelas antes de que termine la prueba gratis, se te cobrará el primer periodo. Puedes administrarla o cancelarla en Ajustes › tu nombre › Suscripciones en tu iPhone. Los reembolsos los maneja Apple según sus políticas.
Tus datos
Los gastos, presupuestos y recibos que ingresas son tuyos. Vyu los guarda en tu iPhone y no reclama propiedad sobre ellos. Consulta nuestra Política de Privacidad para más detalles.
Precisión y no es asesoría financiera
Vyu te ayuda a registrar y categorizar gastos, incluyendo sugerencias automáticas de los pagos con Apple Pay, los recibos por correo, el reconocimiento de texto, la voz y la conversión de moneda. Estas herramientas hacen su mejor esfuerzo y pueden equivocarse. Revisa montos, categorías y tasas de cambio antes de usarlos para presupuestar, declarar impuestos o cualquier otro fin. Vyu no ofrece asesoría financiera, fiscal ni legal.
Uso aceptable
No uses Vyu para guardar o procesar datos que no tengas derecho a usar, y no copies, hagas ingeniería inversa, revendas ni abuses de la app o de los límites de los planes.
Respaldos
Tus datos están en tu dispositivo. Haz respaldos periódicos de tu iPhone y usa las herramientas de exportación de Vyu. No podemos recuperar datos que se pierdan de tu dispositivo.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar la app o estos términos con el tiempo. Si el cambio es importante, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba. Seguir usando Vyu después de un cambio significa que lo aceptas.
Responsabilidad
Vyu se entrega “tal cual”. Hasta donde lo permita la ley, no somos responsables de decisiones que tomes con base en la app ni de la pérdida de datos. Nada en estos términos excluye, restringe ni modifica los derechos o recursos que tengas bajo la Ley del Consumidor de Australia (Australian Consumer Law) u otra ley que no se pueda excluir.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Victoria, Australia, y te sometes a la jurisdicción no exclusiva de sus tribunales, sin perjuicio de las leyes obligatorias de protección al consumidor del lugar donde vives.
