Common questions

My Apple Pay payments aren't being logged.
Open Vyu › Profile › the Apple Pay logging guide and follow the steps. In the Shortcuts app, open the Automation tab and make sure the Vyu automation is switched on. Then make a test payment.

Receipts from email aren't arriving.
Vyu only sees emails that arrive in Apple Mail and trigger the automation. Check that the automation is on and that the account is set to receive mail automatically. Receipts that only reach other mail apps aren't picked up.

I see two notifications for each expense.
Shortcuts shows its own banner. In Settings › Screen Time, turn off only the banners for Shortcuts. Don't turn off all Shortcuts notifications, or Vyu's notifications will stop too.

How do I manage or cancel Vyu Pro?
On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Vyu.

How do I restore my purchase?
Open Vyu › Profile › Vyu Pro › Restore purchases.

How do I back up or move my data?
Profile › Your data › Export backup, then Import backup on the new device. Receipt photos aren't included.

How do I delete my data?
Profile › Danger zone › Delete all my data. Deleting the app also removes its data from your iPhone.
